What is Clan Insanium?
It's the members of House Silver d'Or and a whole bunch of other folks who are just as crazy as them. Folks who occassionally camp together, work on projects together, and generally cause lots of useful mahyem.
There is no escape, you will be assimilated!

Assimilated... geez, I dunno. Started camping with the clan through a happy accident about a year and a half ago, A & S in Newman. The one where everyone got broken.
What I do. I do some bardic stuff. I work lists for Kingdom and Cynagua tourneys, do a little water bearing at war, learning to heavy fight from Sir Gaius (in the very early stages), bake some, collect pelicans, create general mayhem and corral my boys.
Offices? Um... I'm currently PomPom coordinator! Err... that is, seneschal of the most august and noble Province of the Mists (talk about cradle of kingdoms, this is the place.) I will be stepping up as Bard of the Mists at the beginning of November.
Personawise I'm kinda flexible. I like the flieg answer. "I am a loyal subject of the Kingdom of the West." My clothes are mostly vikings although I've recently discovered that I look really good in Italians so I may need more of those. My poetry is largely late period Western European except when it's not. My name is pretty much German although it started as an attempt at Norse. So I'm a Westerner.
Goals? Just Knowne World Domination. Today the Province, tomorrow the Knowne World. Maybe then Wilhelm will be sufficiently cowed and stop referring to me as "fearless leader." Seriously, I just hit my highest goal which was winning Bard of the Mists. I consider it the biggest of the three major bardic competitions and by far the hardest. My other major goal was to someday create art worthy of a Roseleaf. My new goal I guess is to be a credit to the office. Beyond that I have no real "goals" except to have some fun and enrich the Kingdom.
My boys aren't on the list, so I'll give a quick rundown on them: I travel in the company of Lord Robert Skalligrimmson and Brian Elsason. Robert's main goal seems to be to avoid ever being hauled up in court although he's also preparing to armor up. Brian's goal is to get his hands on a boffer and then rattan.
